Heavenly mushrooms

Giant mushrooms

Chevre goat's cheese or good quality tofu

Soft avocadoes

Fresh figs slices for decoration and or

Pomegranate jewels

Pine nuts

Goat’s butter

Butter the backing tray, place mushrooms in tray, cover with goat’s cheese or tofu, slice avocadoes and cover onto of cheese. Decorate with pine nuts, pomegranate and sliced figs. Back in medium oven for 15-20 minutes.
