Hanna's Holy Divine Bread - Holy Manna Bread
The holy bread - Chala:
¾ cup warm water or skimmed milk or Soya milk
500 grams white light flour
2 spoons of sugar
2 level teaspoons salt
50 grams of melted unsalted butter
1 spoon, slightly heaped, fast action yeast
2 whole eggs medium
1 whisked egg
Sesame seeds and / or Poppy seeds for decoration
Preparation:
1. Add water / milk to sugar and yeast, leave to ferment for a few minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt, melted butter, eggs.
3. Add the yeast mixture and knead for 5 minutes.
4. Leave to increase in volume for one hour up to an hour and a half.
5. Knead again for 2 minutes.
6. Form shape, either small balls, little plated buns or one large plated Chala bread.
7. Place on an oiled surface, either a well oiled baking paper or oiled baking tray.
8. Cover with towel until the bread increases in volume, twice it’s size.
9. Heat the oven to medium heat.
10. Brush the bread with the whisked egg sprinkle with sesame seeds and / or poppy seeds.
11. Baked for 20 minutes in a medium heated oven aprox. 150 degrees C for the large plated loaf, for the smaller rolls reduce the baking time, check when turns golden.
12. Serve with Goats butter or without. Absolutely Divine! Enjoy and you can experience the Divine

Oah God, Oah it’s sooo Good
1 double whipping crème
1 condensed milk
Concentrate mango juice or fruit juice of your choice
2 large mangos peeled and stones removed
Blend in food processor, pour into grease paper lined tin.
Melt good quality chocolate bar and drizzle randomly for decoration
Place in the freezer.
Mint for fresh garnish
Drizzle with Grand Marnier

Infuse Damiana tea leaves and flowers in pot of hot water. Add vanilla pods and cinnamon sticks. Serve with a drizzle of honey.

Ripe Persimmon very soft also known as Sharon fruit. Slice top hat off and replace it for the freezer.
Place in freezer couple of hours before serving just before it freezes hard.
A natural succulent sorbet

Prepare silver foil squares / rectangles depending on size of parcels.
Per parcel:
3-4 miniature sweet corn
5 green beans
3 magneto
1 miniature aubergine or elongated slice of large aubergine

2 cherry tomatoes
2 thin Asparagus spears
2 miniature carrots
Fresh lemon juice squeezed between your fingers and drizzeled over the
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
2 mint leaves
2 basil leaves
Drop of olive oil
Wrap the silver foil and seal. Bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.

Oh God I’m coming: Aztec transmission salad
Rich in 22 amino acids, Quinoa was the Mayan and Aztec staple diet.
Cook Quinoa as directed, 1 quinoa : 2 water
When all water absorbed remove from heat. Add raisings to warm quinoa, let it cool.
3 slices of fresh pineapple into small chunks ½ cm dices, leaving out the centre core. When choosing a pineapple you can pinch the middle leave, it is comes easily in your hand it is ripe.

Goat’s butter
Butter the backing tray, place mushrooms in tray, cover with goat’s cheese or tofu, slice avocadoes and cover onto of cheese. Decorate with pine nuts, pomegranate and sliced figs. Back in medium oven for 15-20 minutes.
Bejewelled fruit of knowledge salad
Mixed salad leaves according to your budget, it also works with the simples lettuce heads.
Cut a fresh pomegranate half way on its side, notice the two ends of the “globe” in the picture.
Place one half of the pomegranate in the palm of the hand, as in the picture.
With a soup ladle beat on the pomegranate to loosen the jewelled seeds. Sprinkle freely on the lettuce.

Cosmic Egg
Serves two:
1 Hard boiled egg, size depends upon individual.
Peel off shell.
Serve once the hardboiled egg has cooled in room temperature.

Aphrodisiac Soup:
500g fennel bulb
200ml dry white wine
100g smoked tofu or smoked chicken breasts or smoked shrimps
1 Vegetable Stock
2 table spoon Ouzo, or pernod or similar licorice/aniseed aperitif
200ml water
125ml crème faiche or sour cream
Garnish with finely cut fennel leaves on top of the soup
Trim fennel stalks, cut the fine leaves into small pieces and set aside
Cut the fennel bulb into small pieces and boil in dry white wine, water, stock for 8-10 minutes
Transfer the fennel and liquid to a food processor puree and let it cool.
Cut the Tufu or chicken into thin slices add to the puree, shrimps can go straight. Put on heat or microwave. Add crème faiche or sour cream and Ouzo or Pernod or similar licorice/aniseed aperitif, stir well

Nice but naughty soup
1 large onion dices or 100 g chopped shallots
Two table spoons of olive oil or coconut oil or goat’s butter
½ kg Mixed washed mushrooms
1 cube vegetable stock
1 glass ++ of dry white wine – quality dependant on budget and personal preference alternatively you can use white sherry, quantity dependent upon personal preference.
Milk or water
Ground almond for thickening
½ teaspoon + Nutmeg for
Slice of Chevre goat's cheese optional or Goat’s butter or goat’s yogurt or sour cream for serving
Sea salt and freshly rough ground cracked peppers for serving
Add mushrooms and stir, add milk or water until covered and the stock almonds and nutmeg. Cover with a lid.
When vegetables are soft, use electric whisk or blend to puree.
Add more water as desired and wine.
Before serving place a generous helping of goats butter to add richness melted into the soup before serving, depending upon the level of calories count you wish to observe.
Serve with fresh bread, a slice of goat’s butter or goat’s yogurt or sour cream, sea salt and cracked pepper.

Tantric Banana Split
One banana serves two
Cut banana in half so it can stand upright.
Either side add two halves of peaches or two halves of fresh apricots or two halves of Persimmon – Sharon Fruit or two halves of fresh figs, depending upon budget, personal taste.
Alternatively you can place two scoops of ice cream, see my Divine I-Scream recipe
Dress the top of the banana with a slice of star fruit, or place a flower Nasturtiums, Johnny jump-ups, roses, calendulas, most herb flowers, chive flowers are great.
Alternatively you can place a sugared flower or sprinkle some icing sugar or press firmly some silver cake decoration balls to the top as a cascade.
Spice of life
Picante Bread: Picante - spice of life
¾ cup milk or Soya milk
¾ cup water
2 cups plain Granary flour. Can use white flour if desired
2 Cups plain wholemeal flour. Can use white flour if desired
3 spoons of brown sugar or molasses or honey depending upon desired sweetness
½ spoon salt
1 spoon fast action yeast
3 spoons of olive or almond oil
Two handful raisins – optional this will give contrast and enhance the spices
Two handful pumpkin seeds - optional
One handful sunflower seeds - optional
Handful caraway seeds – optional
1 teaspoon grated cardamom – strength depending on personal preference
1 teaspoon chillier powder – strength depending on personal preference
1 spoon cumin seeds
You can add any chilli or pickled capers of preference. In tantra we recommend not to use garlic or raw onion in cooking as it will affect the smells we excrete.
